Eligibility

PAI is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use social networking services in their jurisdiction.

By using PAI, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

PAI does not knowingly allow minors to use the platform.

User accounts

To use PAI, you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

Your account is for your personal, individual use only. You may not sell, rent, lease, share, transfer, or give another person access to your account or login credentials.

You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and for notifying PAI if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

PAI is not intended to be used as long-term storage for your data. You are responsible for saving information that is important to you outside the app.

PAI may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The PAI service

PAI provides social networking, discovery, feed, messaging, connection, location-aware, and community features. The available features may change over time as the product evolves.

PAI is for personal, non-commercial use unless PAI gives you written permission for another use.

PAI may modify, add, remove, pause, or discontinue features at any time, including to improve the service, protect users, comply with law, or address safety, security, or operational issues.

Subscriptions and payments

PAI does not currently offer paid subscriptions or premium in-app purchases.

If PAI introduces paid features in the future, additional payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, and app-store terms may apply before you purchase or subscribe.

User responsibility

You are responsible for your own interactions with other users, including posts, comments, direct messages, and any offline meetings.

PAI does not control, verify, or guarantee another user’s behavior, identity, intentions, truthfulness, compatibility, availability, or safety.

Use judgment before sharing personal information or deciding to meet someone in person.

No background checks

PAI does not routinely perform criminal background checks, identity checks, or safety screenings on users unless a specific future feature says otherwise.

PAI does not guarantee that users are who they say they are.

Offline meetings

Any decision to meet another user offline is voluntary and at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAI is not responsible for harm, loss, injury, emotional distress, property damage, or other consequences resulting from interactions or meetings between users.

You should follow safety guidance when meeting people from the app.

Location and safety warning

PAI uses city, country, home-base, visiting, and nearby context to make the network useful. Location-based features may allow other users to infer that you are connected to or present in a particular city, country, or nearby context.

PAI is not an emergency service, emergency locator, family finder, fleet tracking tool, or safety monitoring system. Do not rely on PAI for emergency assistance or real-time physical safety.

You are responsible for deciding whether it is safe and lawful to use PAI in your location, including places where LGBTQ+ identity, expression, or association may create personal, legal, or safety risk.

Community conduct

Do not harass, threaten, intimidate, impersonate, scam, spam, or abuse other users.

Do not share private or sensitive information about another person without permission.

Do not use PAI for illegal activity, fraud, solicitation, manipulation, or attempts to bypass blocks, moderation, or technical protections.

PAI may remove content, limit access, suspend accounts, or take other action when users violate these rules or create safety risks.

User-generated content

PAI allows users to create profiles, upload photos, publish posts, send messages, and participate in community interactions.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, post, send, or share in PAI.

By posting content on PAI, you grant PAI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content within the platform solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You retain ownership of your content.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and consent needed to upload or share the content you provide, including photos or information involving other people.

Other users may see, save, screenshot, or share content you send them. PAI cannot control what other users do outside the app.

You may not copy, collect, publish, or use another user’s content or information outside PAI without their permission.

PAI ownership and app license

PAI, including its app, software, design, features, code, visual interfaces, product structure, trademarks, and service materials, is owned by PAI or its operators and licensors.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PAI grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, access without authorization, or create competing or derivative services from PAI or its data except where applicable law expressly allows it.

Feedback

If you send PAI ideas, suggestions, feedback, or feature requests, PAI may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Do not send feedback that you consider confidential or proprietary unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users; share illegal content; share non-consensual explicit content; impersonate others; engage in hate speech or discriminatory behavior; promote violence; use the platform for spam or commercial solicitation; or attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse engineer the platform.

You agree not to use PAI to stalk, defraud, extort, dox, exploit, manipulate, solicit minors, share content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context, violate another person’s privacy, or encourage self-harm, violence, terrorism, abuse, or illegal conduct.

You agree not to use PAI, user content, profile information, messages, location information, or other app data to train, test, develop, improve, or operate artificial intelligence systems, scraping tools, surveillance tools, competing products, or data brokers without PAI’s written permission.

You agree not to upload viruses, malware, or harmful code; probe or test system vulnerabilities; interfere with the app; bypass technical protections; or use automated tools to access PAI without permission.

PAI may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Blocking, reporting, and moderation

PAI provides tools that allow users to block other users and report users, posts, or messages.

PAI may review reports and take appropriate action, including content removal or account suspension.

PAI is not obligated to resolve disputes between users but may intervene at its discretion.

PAI may remove content or suspend accounts if it believes they violate these Terms, community safety standards, or applicable law. Moderation decisions are made at PAI’s sole discretion.

Safety Guidelines

Your use of PAI is also subject to the Safety Guidelines, which explain practical expectations for meeting people, protecting information, using block and report tools, and understanding location-aware risk.

Privacy

Your use of PAI is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services and app stores

PAI may rely on third-party infrastructure, platforms, app stores, authentication providers, analytics tools, crash monitoring tools, maps, cloud services, and communication services to operate the app.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. PAI is not responsible for third-party services that it does not own or control.

If you download PAI from the Apple App Store or another app store, you also agree to follow the applicable app-store rules. Apple and other app-store providers are not responsible for PAI except where their own terms require otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using PAI at any time.

PAI may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data may be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and no warranties

PAI is provided “as is” and “as available.”

PAI does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that interactions between users will meet your expectations.

PAI does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, reliability, availability, or usefulness of user content, profiles, recommendations, messages, location information, or other app features.

Use of the platform, reliance on content, and interactions with other users are at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAI and its operators are not liable for user-generated content, user conduct, offline meetings, third-party services, service interruptions, data loss, location inaccuracy, unauthorized access, emotional distress, physical or mental injury, death, property damage, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages related to your use of PAI.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PAI and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use or misuse of PAI, your content, your interactions with other users, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights or applicable law.

Release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release PAI and its operators from claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and damages arising from your interactions with other users, user content, offline meetings, location-based features, or conduct outside PAI.

Changes to these Terms

PAI may update these Terms from time to time.

Significant changes may be communicated within the app.

Continued use of PAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity of PAI is registered.

If mandatory consumer protection, privacy, platform, or local laws apply to you, those rights may apply regardless of these Terms.

You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you where you access or use PAI.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

PAI’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without PAI’s permission. PAI may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other business transfer.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Safety Guidelines, form the agreement between you and PAI regarding your use of the app.
